Dental health and healing and the whole you
A number of natural and/or non-toxic/non-intrusive methods have been reported and/or recommended to help improve and even rebuild a damaged dentition. These methods range all the way from tooth-friendly nutrition, herbal or pharmaceutical approaches, exercise/massage/rest, and interestingly and doubtless surprisingly for some, even include emotional, mental and spiritual influences like visualisation and faith healing. In fact, even dental challenges can (and in my view ideally should) be seen, treated and healed from beyond a purely physical angle.
What has worked for one, however, may not work for another, and here as in other areas of healing it may be important to find one's own individually best-suited way. To cover all bases (or as many as possible), the best approach to tooth healing would indeed seem to be to tackle one's dental health challenges from the physical, emotional, mental AND spiritual angles.
