You may think that "If only" you had learned certain things earlier you could have saved not only some or many of your teeth but also money and not infrequently parts of your health.

It is true that to my knowledge dental miracles (complete tooth regeneration) only happen in a spiritual (based on intense spiritual practice[1]) or "mind power"[2] context, or in people taking extreme (dietary) measures[3] as well as in younger people.

There are also experiments done behind closed doors with stem cells etc. where teeth have been regrown in animals but so far results have not been made available to the public.

But take heart - even if you have submitted to what this site considers damaging treatments (see the long "list of horrors" in this Conventional section), there are things you can do to make the best of what you currently have and possibly forestall suffering even more damage. Very often these are the very same things we can and should do to keep our teeth healthy.[4]

A good example among many can be found under Healing reports & testimonials re the use of xylitol sugar, number "10 - Highly impressive: pain under crown gone". This is a hugely encouraging report since it shows just how resilient and potentially self-healing teeth can be even when damaged by decay and crowning when treated with measures encouraging such auto-repair.

It is conceivable that failure of dental work (fillings, crowns, possibly even bridges) which is so very common could be prevented or put off many years into the future by not only upgrading one's diet and herbal and other supplementation to maximum tooth-friendliness but by adding things such as rinses with xylitol, erythritol, urine, and/or comfrey etc., i.e. would not occur in those who diligently apply all possible measures.
