Drs. Graeme and Lilian Munro-Hall are among the foremost specialists on cavitation and mercury removal and have trained other dentists in their own "V-tox" protocol as well. The Price Pottenger Nutrition Foundation (PPNF) keeps a list of dentists and various health care providers who apply nutritional research in their professional work.
Provides diagnostics using the Melisa Test to detect undesirable health effects from dental metals and metal allergies. See Dr. Klinghardt on dental toxicity, incl. a discussion of alternative filling materials (plastic, gold, platinum etc.).
The humanitarian Hesperian Health Guides website provides (or used to) a number of free self-help resources in many languages, among which the booklet Where There Is No Dentist. Chapter 10 gives detailed instructions on how to fill a cavity yourself and can be downloaded here.
