How to fill a cavity
The humanitarian Hesperian Health Guides website provides (or used to) a number of free self-help resources in many languages, among which the booklet Where There Is No Dentist. Chapter 10 gives detailed instructions on how to fill a cavity yourself and can be downloaded here.
